I had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites in Phoenix for a 3-day business convention. The room I stayed in was not only amazing but very clean and modern; I could totally live in it. However, the service, although quick to provide anything we needed, was a bit slow at dinner times. The location was convenient to the surrounding area and bright and sunny. The dining experience was great, with omelets cooked to order, and I enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast with a golf course view. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Staying at the hotel during a wedding weekend, I found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, even though mine faced the street above the entrance. The mountain view was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the noise made my migraines worse.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms looked a little worn, as expected for an older building, but they were spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, the noise from an adjacent speaker disrupted our sleep a few times. The service was exceptional, with staff members being incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel valued. The location was serene, offering lovely scenery and a peaceful atmosphere but felt a bit small. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets and pancakes, although it would have been better if breakfast lasted a bit longer. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
